List of ODI Centuries (hundreds) by Virat Kohli + Career Statistics.
India has always been a country of batsmen. First, it was Sunil Gavaskar who inspired a Sachin Tendulkar to capture all batting records and now, the biggest cricketing debate of the decade is can Virat Kohli break Tendulkar's records? It seems unlikely in test matches where Sachin raised his bat (and helmet) 51 times but record of most ODI hundreds seems to be well within Kohli's grasp as he's already past half way mark before the age of 28, with at least 5-7 years of cricket left in him..

In following, we are counting down the list of centuries made by Virat Kohli in one day cricket but first, here are some statistic highlights and interesting facts of Kohli's career so far.

Most century against which team?
6 against Sri Lanka and 5 against Australia. Kohli's first ODI century, 107 at Eden Gardens in Kolkata on 24 December 2009, also came against Sri Lanka. He had 10 centuries at home, followed by 5 in Bangladesh, 4 in Australia and 2 in Sri Lanka.

Virat has made ODI century against all test playing nations, although he's yet to score a ton in South Africa (he has one in tests). Kohli's best year was 2011 when he made 1381 runs from 34 matches in the calendar year and followed up with 1026 runs in 2012, 1268 runs in 2013, 1054 runs in 2014 and 623 runs in 2015. He's currently the leading run scorer in 2016 as well.

Kohli's fastest ODI century?
52 balls against Australia at Jaipur on 16 October 2013. Kohli also holds record of 3rd fastest ODI hundred for India, with 61 balls knock against Australia the same month.

How many wins in Kohli's centuries?
Several people wonder if Tendulkar played for records and thus his centuries didn't fetch enough wins for India, critics sometimes also question Kohli's knocks, although his winning ratio is much better. Tendulkar overall had 14 centuries in successful chases and Kohli has already equaled him. In fact, he averages over 60 batting second.

Virat Kohli vs AB de Villiers.
Two of the most prolific batsmen of our generation, it's obvious to have a comparison between these two. So far, AB is winning the race in test arena while Kohli once again takes the one day crown.
