Left arm bowlers who bat right handed, and vice versa?

A total of 162 cricketers have played test cricket who were right handed batsman but bowled left handed. The prominent names in them are Derek Underwood of England, Ravi Shastri and Zaheer Khan of India, Michael Clarke of Australia, Grant Flower of Zimbabwe, Ijaz Ahmed of Pakistan and Bisen Singh Bedi of India.
In one day cricket, a total of 112 cricketers have been at international level who were right handed batsman but left arm bowlers. Including above names, Ashish Nehra of India, Nathan Bracken of Australia, Raymond Price of Zimbabwe, Ashley Giles of England are few other notable names.

Other way around, there have been 225 test cricketers who batted left handed but bowled right handed. The prominent names are Shivnarine Chanderpual of West Indies, David Gower of England, Sourav Ganguly of India, Clive Llyod of West Indies, Curtley Ambrose of West Indies, Arjuna Ranatunga of Sri lanka and Chris Gayle of West Indies.
In one day cricket, 196 left hand bat right arm bowl crickerters have been till date. Along with above names, Chris Harris of Ne wZealand, Alastair Campbell of Zimbabwe, Russell Arnold of Sri Lanka and Graeme Smith of South Africa.

I'm currently watching W Indies v England at Grenada, April 2015. On the England side Alastair Cook, Gary Ballance, Moeen Ali, Ben Stokes, Stuart Broad and Jimmy Anderson are all right arm bowlers, left hand batsmen.
